Our Fee

There are no fees for contacting our office, meeting with one of our representatives or for starting a Social Security disability application.

Our fee, which is regulated and set by Social Security, is 25% of any retroactive benefits you become eligible for, currently not to exceed $6,000, plus any additional costs for medical records or opinions which we purchase to prove your case.

Because all of our Representatives have passed the rigorous Social Security Law test allowing for direct payment, in most cases Social Security will pay the fee directly to DSI.

We are only paid for our services if we are successful at proving you are disabled. If you do not win, you owe us nothing.
